Bragabot’s KOL Management feature is designed to help you efficiently manage and optimize the impact of KOLs on your project. With Bragabot, you have the tools to monitor, analyze, and enhance the performance of your KOLs, ensuring that their activities align with your project’s goals. This feature provides a comprehensive suite of tools for tracking KOL activities, analyzing their influence, and making data-driven decisions to maximize the effectiveness of your influencer marketing strategies.

Comprehensive KOL Tracking

Bragabot’s KOL Management feature offers robust tracking capabilities, allowing you to keep a close eye on the activities and impact of your KOLs. This tracking includes monitoring their social media posts, engagements, and interactions, giving you a clear picture of how they contribute to your project’s visibility and community engagement. With comprehensive tracking, you can stay informed about your KOLs’ performance and ensure they remain aligned with your project’s objectives.

You can manage KOLs and track keywords in the KOL Management Settings.

Customizable Tweet Monitoring

Not all influencer activity is created equal, and Bragabot allows you to customize the way you monitor your KOLs’ tweets. This feature enables you to set specific criteria for the types of tweets you want to track, such as those containing particular keywords, hashtags, or mentions. By customizing tweet monitoring, you can focus on the content that matters most to your project, ensuring that your KOLs are effectively promoting your brand and message. This level of customization helps you maintain control over your KOLs’ activities and ensure that their efforts are driving the desired outcomes.

Tweets, Retweets, and Quotes are enabled by default, while Replies are disabled. You can adjust these options in the Tweet Forwarding Settings.

Integrated Rating System

Bragabot’s Integrated Rating System provides a powerful tool for evaluating the performance of your KOLs. This system automatically rates KOLs based on various metrics such as engagement levels, audience reach, and the relevance of their content to your project. By assigning ratings to your KOLs, you can easily identify your top-performing influencers and those who may need additional guidance or support. The rating system helps you make informed decisions about how to allocate resources and focus your influencer marketing efforts for maximum impact.

KOL Rating is calculated as:

(T × 0.8) + (RT × 1.0) + (QT × 1.5) + (R × 0.4) + (L30 / 30​) × 1.2 + (V30 / 1000​) × 0.6

Where:

  • T represents the number of tweets by the KOL, weighted at 0.8.

  • RT represents the number of retweets containing your keyword, weighted at 1.0.

  • QT represents the number of quote tweets containing your keyword, weighted at 1.5.

  • R represents the number of replies containing your keyword, weighted at 0.4.

  • L30 represents the number of likes received within the first 30 minutes, divided by 30 and weighted at 1.2.

  • V30 represents the overall views in 30 minutes on the KOL's posts, divided by 1000 and weighted at 0.6.

Note: You can also create your own formula for rating your KOLs.

In-depth Performance Analytics

Understanding the effectiveness of your KOLs is essential for optimizing your marketing strategies, and Bragabot’s In-depth Performance Analytics provides the insights you need. This feature delivers detailed analytics on your KOLs’ activities, including metrics such as engagement rates, audience demographics, and the overall impact of their posts on your project. By analyzing this data, you can identify trends, measure ROI, and make data-driven decisions to improve the effectiveness of your KOLs. In-depth analytics ensure that you have a clear understanding of how your influencers are contributing to your project’s success.

Access to Historical Data

Bragabot’s KOL Management feature also provides access to Historical Data, allowing you to review past performance and track the long-term impact of your KOLs. This historical perspective is invaluable for identifying trends, understanding the evolution of your influencer marketing efforts, and making informed decisions about future strategies. Whether you’re comparing the performance of different KOLs over time or analyzing the effectiveness of specific campaigns, access to historical data gives you the context you need to refine your approach and achieve better results.

KOLs History is available both in the History section and within the KOL Management Settings.

Google Sheets Integration

With Google Sheets Integration, you can easily export and view all your KOL data in a Google Sheet. This feature allows you to manage, analyze, and organize your KOL metrics seamlessly. You can download the data for offline access, share it with your team, and utilize the full suite of Google Sheets tools to further analyze and report on your KOL management efforts. This integration ensures that all your KOL data is easily accessible and ready for detailed review whenever you need it.
